OWNI tient l'inventaire de vos achats en ligne à partir de vos e-mails. Factures, délais de retour, suivi de colis — sans saisie manuelle.

Avec votre autorisation, OWNI lit vos e-mails d'achat (accès en lecture seule à votre boîte Gmail) et crée une fiche pour chaque commande de biens physiques : marchand, produits, montant, date. Les achats numériques, les services et les abonnements ne sont pas ajoutés à l'inventaire.
Quand l'e-mail d'achat contient une facture en PDF, OWNI la conserve dans un espace privé et vous permet de la rouvrir depuis l'application. Les achats sans facture sont signalés.
Quand le délai de retour d'un achat se referme, OWNI l'affiche dans l'application et vous envoie un e-mail. Les alertes par e-mail se désactivent depuis le profil ou par le lien présent dans chaque message.
Les e-mails d'expédition sont rattachés à vos commandes : transporteur, numéro de suivi et lien vers la page du transporteur. L'état affiché est celui annoncé par l'e-mail.
Chaque fiche affiche un statut de garantie indicatif, calculé sur une durée par défaut de 12 mois à compter de la date d'achat. Ce n'est pas la durée réelle de garantie de votre produit.
Vous connectez votre compte Gmail à OWNI en donnant votre autorisation explicite via Google. OWNI recherche alors, en lecture seule, les e-mails dont l'objet évoque un achat, une livraison, un retour ou un abonnement, et les classe automatiquement pour construire l'inventaire de vos achats. OWNI ne modifie, n'envoie et ne supprime jamais aucun e-mail, et vous pouvez retirer l'accès à tout moment depuis l'application. Le détail figure dans la politique de confidentialité.

With your authorisation, OWNI reads your purchase emails (read-only access to your Gmail mailbox) and creates an entry for each order of physical goods: merchant, products, amount, date. Digital purchases, services and subscriptions are not added to the inventory.
When the purchase email contains a PDF invoice, OWNI stores it in private storage and lets you reopen it from the app. Purchases without an invoice are flagged.
When the return window of a purchase is about to close, OWNI shows it in the app and sends you an email. Email alerts can be turned off from the profile or through the link in every message.
Shipping emails are attached to your orders: carrier, tracking number and a link to the carrier's page. The status shown is the one announced by the email.
Each entry shows an indicative warranty status, based on a default duration of 12 months from the purchase date. It is not the actual warranty period of your product.
You connect your Gmail account to OWNI by giving your explicit authorisation through Google. OWNI then searches, with read-only access, for emails whose subject relates to a purchase, a delivery, a return or a subscription, and classifies them automatically to build the inventory of your purchases. OWNI never modifies, sends or deletes any email, and you can withdraw access at any time from the app. Details are in the privacy policy.
